There are many ways to serve Bishop Anderson House. Joining the Board of Trustees is one way. Terms are for three years, and Trustees often serve on various committees of the Board to provide oversight and policy direction for the ministries of Bishop Anderson House.

Everyone is invited to attend our seminars and continuing education programs (see calendar). Seminar attendees are given the opportunity to be on the planning committee for upcoming events.

Periodically we have need for office volunteers. See calendar for upcoming opportunities.

Special events- the Annual Spring Benefit, Sunday morning presentations in your home congregation, staffing a booth at Diocesan Convention, welcoming medical students to a program at 'the House', etc.- provide opportunities for volunteering.

Taking the training to be a Parish Lay Volunteer Chaplain opens the door to serving as a volunteer pastoral care chaplain in nursing homes, hospitals and congregations.
